Lunch & Learn Programs Lunch & Learns are one-hour programs that provide the latest information on nutrition, fitness, behavior, and life skills. All classes are taught by health professionals, such as: registered dietitians, exercise specialists, nurses and counselors. Topics are taught in an informative, hands-on manner with encouraged class participation.
Usually, lunchtime is the preferred (although not required) hour of the workday to hold a program. Some of our more popular programs include:
