Being punctual is important because our therapists work by appointment to provide one-on-one therapy. Being late may cause your therapist to interrupt another patient's treatment or to have valuable time wasted. Please call us at (205) 930-2300 to notify us when you know you will be late.
Consistent attendance at scheduled appointments is very important to achieve progress with the treatment plan started with your therapist. We ask that you give us a 24-hour notice if you cannot make your scheduled appointment. Note: We are required to contact your physician's office and, if a work-related injury, the worker's compensation carrier when scheduled appointments are missed. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, call (205) 930-2300.
